His career trajectory spans from armed forces to holding senior positions in Human Resources, Facilities Management, and Business Head to the pinnacle of CEO roles. Transitioning from the hospitality industry, he made a successful foray into real estate in 2006.
Amit, has been associated in various senior management roles with reputed developers such as The Wadhwa Group, Advantage Raheja & Shapoorji Pallonji Group where he championed the cause of change management through strategic HRM, Facilities management and successfully transitioned into a Business Head role demonstrating his agility & adaptability. He has been a real estate industry professional from last 20 years.
As a Business Head with Shapoorji Pallonji Group, he led a cross-functional team to successfully manage 5 redevelopment projects with a revenue potential of Rs. 3000 crores in various stages of the value chain, from launch, sales, construction, facilities & handover, including land clearance & the successful launch of The Canvas Residences, Sewree, clocking sales of Rs. 300 crores during the critical time of COVID.
Amit’s most recent tenure as CEO of XRBIA Developers showcased his prowess in sales and marketing, achieving sales of Rs. 200 crores within a span of 1 year, rebounding, revitalising & re-energizing the customer’s trust in the brand. His fervent dedication to both people and processes underscores his commitment to excellence, persistently driving tasks to completion.
As an entrepreneur, he envisions immersing himself in the most demanding, thrilling, and prestigious facet of the real estate value chain, “The Customer,” through a series of innovative & proven service standards benefiting all the stakeholders of the value chain.
